How a project runs
A clear route from first conversation to launch, with a working build to try every week.
1
Talk it through
A free call about the problem, the people who will use the software and your budget. Honest advice, even if the answer is that you don't need custom software.
2
Get a written quote
Scope, timeline and a fixed price agreed in writing before any work starts.
3
Watch it take shape
Weekly builds you can click through and comment on, instead of one big reveal at the end.
4
Launch and keep running
Deployment, full source code handover and a support plan for updates, fixes and backups.
Starting prices
Every project gets a fixed written quote after the first call. These prices show where each kind of work starts.

Risk controls in the code
Equity stops, daily drawdown limits and floating-loss caps that act before a bad day turns into a blown account.

Spread data logged from your broker, so test results reflect what your account actually pays to trade.
Running around the clock

What working with us looks like
You speak to the people building it

You own what we build
Source code, domains, hosting and app store accounts are set up in your name and handed over at launch.
Security is part of the build
Hashed passwords, protected customer data and a security review before anything goes live.

Questions clients ask
How much does a project cost?
Starting prices for each kind of work are listed in the pricing section. After the first call you receive a written quote with a fixed price for the agreed scope, so the number doesn't move unless the scope does.
How long will it take?
A company website can be ready in a few weeks. Web platforms and mobile apps usually take a few months. Your quote includes a timeline with weekly milestones.
Who owns the code?
You do. The full source code, along with hosting, domain and app store accounts, is handed over in your name.
Can you work on software someone else built?
Yes. We review what's there, explain the problems in plain language and fix them. For MetaTrader Expert Advisors we need the .mq5 source file, because compiled .ex5 files can't be edited.
Do your trading systems guarantee profits?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says theirs do. We build Expert Advisors that follow your rules precisely and include risk controls. Trading carries a high risk of loss. Read our full risk disclosure.
What happens after launch?
You can choose a support plan covering updates, fixes, backups and monitoring, or take a clean handover and manage it yourself.
Tell us what you want to build.
Share a few details and we'll reply with questions, a suggested approach and next steps. No obligation.
We only collect what we need to reply to you and deliver your project. We don't sell your information, and this website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we are
3HDS Services ("3HDS", "we", "us") designs and builds websites, web platforms, mobile apps and trading software for clients in the United Kingdom, Australia and Pakistan. You can contact us about this policy at hello@3hds.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your project, whether through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
When you become a client: the information needed to deliver the work, such as business and billing details, and access to accounts or systems you give us.
When you visit the website: technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, which is handled by our website host and the services described below.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support projects, send invoices, keep the records the law requires, and protect the website from spam and abuse. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis for UK and EU visitors
Under UK GDPR we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running our business, and complying with legal obligations such as keeping tax records. Where we ask for your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only when needed, with:
service providers that run parts of our business, such as website hosting, the contact form service, email and messaging apps
professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
authorities, when the law requires it
International transfers
Our team works from Australia, the United Kingdom and Pakistan, and some service providers store data in other countries, including the United States. When information moves between countries, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected, including choosing providers that offer recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. Client and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Cookies, local storage and fonts
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you choose a country in the pricing section, your browser remembers that choice in local storage on your device, and it isn't sent to us. The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or, where the Australian Privacy Act applies to us, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Terms of service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and how we work with clients. Each project also has its own written quote or agreement, and where that document differs from these terms, the project document applies.
Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. Starting prices are a guide, not an offer. Your price, scope and timeline are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.
Quotes and changes
A quote sets out what we'll build, the price, the timeline and the payment schedule. Work starts once you accept the quote in writing. If you ask for changes outside the agreed scope, we'll explain how they affect the price and timeline before going ahead.
Payments
Payments are due as set out in your quote. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it's settled, and the timeline may move as a result.
Ownership of the work
Once your project is paid in full, you own the custom code and designs we create for it. Third-party components, such as open-source libraries, fonts, plugins and platform services, remain under their own licences. We may reuse our general know-how and tools that aren't specific to your project.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, content and access when we need them.
Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos or data you supply.
Keep accounts held in your name, such as domains, hosting and app store accounts, active and renewed, unless a support plan covers this.
Third-party services
Our work often relies on services we don't control, such as hosting providers, app stores, payment providers, brokers and the MetaTrader platform. We aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes.
Trading software
Expert Advisors and other trading tools follow the rules and settings you choose. We don't provide investment advice and we don't guarantee trading results. Please read our risk disclosure before using any trading software.
Warranties and liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Apart from what your project agreement says, and to the extent the law allows, the website and our software are provided without other warranties.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or trading losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the website, including trying to break into it, disrupting it or sending spam through the contact form.
Governing law
Your project agreement states which country's laws apply to that project and where any dispute will be resolved.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes don't affect projects already agreed in writing.
Trading software risk disclosure
Last updated 16 September 2026
Trading gold, currencies and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and isn't suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money, and with some brokers and account types you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
What 3HDS does and doesn't do
3HDS is a software developer. We code, test and set up trading software, such as MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors and indicators, based on rules and settings you provide.
We are not a broker or a financial adviser, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission or the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to give financial advice. We don't recommend strategies, manage trading accounts for clients or hold client money.
No guaranteed results
No trading software can guarantee profits or protect you from losses. Coding a strategy accurately doesn't make it profitable, and we don't assess whether your strategy will make money.
Backtests and past performance
Backtests, optimisation results and past performance don't reliably predict future results. Tests use historical data and assumptions that can differ from live trading, and strategies tuned too closely to past data often perform worse in real markets.
Live trading risks
Spreads, commissions, slippage and execution speed vary between brokers and change with market conditions, especially around major news.
Brokers can change leverage, margin requirements, trading hours and contract specifications.
Internet, VPS or power outages, platform updates and software bugs can stop an Expert Advisor from working as expected.
Risk controls such as stop losses and daily loss limits reduce risk but can't remove it, and orders can fill at worse prices than requested.
Your responsibilities
Test any Expert Advisor on a demo account before using real money.
Choose your own settings, lot sizes and risk levels, and monitor your account regularly.
Make sure you understand leverage and your broker's terms.
Get independent financial advice if you're unsure whether trading is right for you.
